What comes with a membership?

Relay Cloud, your AI hosted for you, on the plan you choose. With it, a pair of Relay One glasses, the charging case, three lenses (clear, sun and auto-tint) and a lifetime warranty for as long as you’re a member.

When does my membership start?

The day you join. The 2-year and 1-year plans are paid that day, with shipping. The 30-day trial charges only shipping; on day 30 it becomes the 1-year plan and the year is charged, with a reminder email a week before.

Can I send the glasses back?

On a paid plan, write to hello@relay.glass within 30 days of delivery. We email you a prepaid label and refund everything you paid for the membership once the glasses reach us. On the trial, cancel before day 30 and send the glasses back: you owe nothing for the membership. If they haven’t reached us within 14 days of cancelling, we charge their value.

How do I cancel?

In the Relay app, or by writing to alexis@relay.glass. It takes effect at the end of the period you’re in (the trial, the year or the two years) and stops the next renewal.
